Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly through cangshancutlery.com. No restocking fees apply. 

If you purchase your item from another retailer, online or in-store, please contact them directly about their return policy and options. 

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our Customer Experience Team via email at info@cangshancutlery.com. Your email should include: 

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return 

Tracking

Retain your return tracking number. Cangshan Cutlery is not responsible for lost return shipments. 

Once your return is processed, we will send a refund confirmation email with the full details of your refund. 

Free Return Shipping (Continental U.S. only)

For orders within the Continental U.S., we offer free return shipping. After you initiate the return process, we will provide you with a free return shipping label. You have 30 days from the label issue date to return the merchandise. Any costs beyond the return label (such as packaging or additional shipping) are the customer's responsibility. 

Refund Processing

Once your return is accepted, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account. For orders paid via wire transfer, refunds will be issued as store credit. 

Extended Holiday Return

Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st may be returned through January 31st for your convenience.
